We collect old microphones!
It all started by some coincidence and became sort of habitual. Because not all of you can visit us in our studio, we decided to show off our ‘old mics stuff’ on the internet. Most of them aren’t fit for recording, but look perfectly on a shelf; however, some models are still pretty much usable. Our collection is far from being complete. There are loads of mics out there in the world and in Poland, about which we can only dream of. We hope that with time, our dream will come true :)

New microphone! PHILIPS EM 8111
The 1980s in all its glory. These are the last vintage microphones in our collection. You could say they are the youngest fellows at Oldmics. And we treat this lightweight, plastic Philips more as the closing of an era than a real specimen.
New microphone! SONY ECM-16
We like these miniature items from Japanese manufacturers. In the vast majority, they are carefully made with attention to detail and ergonomics. This piece of tie microphone from Sony is a prime example of that.
New microphone! TELEFUNKEN TD26
We are completing the TD series of dynamic microphones from Telefunken. Model 26. Quite neat design and the sound is nothing to be ashamed of as for the budget class. Came in the original box.
New microphone! Protona MINIFON Special
What a surprise! It looks unassuming but is part of a 1960s spy set. Really! A less spectacular one, but always. We recommend to type the phrase "minifon microphone" into google. An interesting piece of the Intelligence history.
New microphone! PHILIPS EL3753/0
You must admit that this small and cheap Philips has a really unusual shape and may please. Another representative of this worthy brand in our collection.
New microphone! NEAL model: not known
Debut on Oldmics.pl! A representative of a Dutch company Neal (Nederlandsch Elektro Acoustich Laboratorium) for the first time on our shelves. Sadly, the microphone looks overworked, but it's such a rare piece that we can't be picky.
New microphone! INTEL DM 14 HL
Do you like clones? We love the microphone ones. Here is one of them. A twin brother of AIWA DM14. It is only slightly different in terms of the base construction. Very precise Japanese work. Beautiful.
New microphone! SENNHEISER MD 21 HN
We like the old Sennheisers a lot, and when it comes to the MD 21 model, we're not alone. Our passion is being shared by producers all over the world, as this is simply a very good dynamic microphone. We recommend it for recordings.
New microphone! GRUNDIG GCM 3 Blue
One of the most beautiful Grundig constructions, whose design still impresses. This is the second model in our collection, as the GCM came in two colours - brown and blue.
New microphone! TELEFUNKEN D 77 S
The white version of the D77 came in a box in perfect visual and technical condition. It looks more modest than the gold version, but still impresses with the quality of construction.
